- This Personal data may be processed by the BFC Publications Pvt. Ltd. (the Company) regarding sending intimation(s) related to any new Publication Package/Offer related to book publications, intimation related to any educational, cultural, infotainment event organised/to be organised by the company or in which the company is participating. This Personal data may also be processed by the company for marketing and general awareness related to any cultural/publication related subjects/Book fares, social media postings & content related to books, cultural, authors, infotainment etc. This personal data may also be used to give update(s) to the Data principal regarding book publication process /intimations related to book publishing, sales reports of books published by the company written by the data principal, payment of royalty etc.
Purpose of processing
- Sending messages, e-mails & calls for the book publishing, update on start of publication process /regular updates on publication process, listing & sales of books so published, payment of royalty, marketing and general awareness related to any cultural/publication related subjects/Book fares, social media postings & content related to books, authors, infotainment etc.

- Name, email, phone number, PAN, AADHAR, Bank Account details, Address etc.
Duration of processing
- The Company shall process the data until the consent is withdrawn or it is required to cease the processing as per the requirements of any relevant law.
